For help with Gradients.cool, include your macOS version, app version, and a short description of what happened. Steps to reproduce the issue are especially helpful. Share a screenshot or gradient file only if you are comfortable with its contents.

Does the app work offline?
Yes. Creating gradients, importing images, editing effects, and exporting files happen on your Mac. You do not need a Gradients.cool account.
How do I save something I can edit later?
Choose File → Save, or press ⌘S, to save an editable .gcool document. PNG, WebP, and MP4 exports are finished images or videos; use .gcool to keep the gradient’s editable settings.
How do I export an image or video?
Choose File → Export, or press ⌘E. Pick an aspect ratio, resolution, and file type. PNG preserves Display P3 color, WebP is suitable for the web, and MP4 exports video.
An export did not finish. What can I try?
Try a lower resolution, close other memory-intensive apps, and check that your chosen destination has enough free space. Large exports require more memory. If the problem continues, contact support with the format, resolution, and error message.
